From what I thought I heard Yes. Price seems low considering other one known cans can get $10k-$40k?

Taken from my 2011 article:
"The can was rolled by Phil Pospychala # 481 in the mid 1970s. Flat top lids were installed, however this can may actually have been a zip or pull tab can. I purchased it from an ex-BCCA member who is no longer active in the hobby." CCC15 can company mark.
