Made a quick trip to Hadley to see Jon and Pete S. Jon took me back to a area where there are lots of Brockerts. Got a bunch, but they were all pretty much shot. One was interesting. Its spout has been knocked inside the can to make an ashtray or something.

Also dug a small camp pit dump from the 50s with some little soda cones, and rehit the huge camping dump from the 50s. No Rheingold girls this time, but I didn't comeback with dozens of Krueger Beers either.

A couple early cleaning results. The soda cone is from the small camp pit. I pulled my digger through the dirt and it literally popped into my lap.
The Utica Club was in with the Brockerts. At this dump a garter snake also popped out into my lap!

Third time I've dumped a gallon, but the first Ballantine. I wounder if it can be de-dented at least a little. This spot was mostly 1930s, but there was a small 1960s sections with some zips and this gallon.

have some quarts soaking now. Found six. One if a green Krueger Ale, the other five Schmidt's Beers.

Some pics of cleaned cans. Nothing hugely rare, but a few decent cans. Some of the better labels were soda cans.

The Dawsons and the Pabst Tankard Ale were new for me, and new for this spot.

WTH are these? they're about the size of a nickle, came from a campsite pit, and the center of each were burned.

Two different Camdens.

2 different cans with PA tax stamps. Horlachers and now these.

The Brockerts were really, really rough. One of them had the spout knocked in and holes cut in the bottom.
