The one on the right I believe is actually not a German war Eagle, but has a MS tax stamp on the crown.
Burger had several crowns with different state tax stamps on them. MS used the eagle. Below is an example of an Anheuser-Busch MS tax crown.
Interestingly, as time went on past the war years, the eagle changed to a little less war menacing version like the Pabst below.
