I am working on building all of the Schmidt steel flat and pull tab sets that I can including variations in can maker and lids.

My list of cans I am looking is very long.

I have about 250 cans so far and believe I have another 150 to go.

Let me know if you have a bunch of cans we can work thru and maybe come to some arrangement.

Don't feel bad, no one replies when I do my yearly post for my "Schmidt scene want list". Apparently the ones I need are impossible to find.

Kinda depressing looking at the responses..err lack of responses..... Especially as I was going to start my own Schmidts wanted...... That said. I have been trying to fill in all but the wide yellow band set of the 12oz sets from the Yellow back one to the gold flat tops. Within the week or so I should have a total of about 30-35 duplicates in the pull tab sets 3,4 and 7 available. I also have NICE, think its rolled but nice Associated d/b/a J S. flat top duplicate. Waiting for a box with about 20 yellow backs in it and then will have a bunch to trade or sell about the time Canvention starts.

In Set 4 I am counting it as 18 cans as I have the Mare and colt both with and without a yellow flower below the wording at bottom. Curious if anyone else noticed this and thinks its a worthwhile variation?

I am most interested in the gold zip top cans and white back cans. Trying to get really on grade cans. In the zips I can complete a mixed set (1 and 2) if I can get an Elk and the Mare with Colt. Yes I know what I am asking.... I don't care... I would like to finish a set and display them.

Badger Jeff............. beerhunter here. Interest in this can ?? It a older pull tab with keglined logo and have the word Strong on the bottom lid

One other things I forgot to mention. It has yellow band on it. I think I goof with the camera as I had it on flash.

I have some dumper flats, buffalo , bear , spear fishing native American, moose , covered wagon , plow horses ,geese and maybe a pheasant, in various grades, either they are " brewed and filled by Jacob Schmidt' or they are "brewed and packed by Pfeiffer D/B/A Jacob Schmidt", let me know and I will round them up and post a pic, tom

I started that same quest and have gotten to 375 and I estimate there are about 600 total including 16oz, DRAFT, Flats, Zips, Tabs, etc and variations...
