I've made a full 25-year circle and have arrived back where I began when I first chose to eschew generalized collecting in favor of a specialty: Michigan stuff.
I sold off most of my first MI collection in the early 2000s. I casually eeked back into this specialty in 2014, and now it's safe to say that I'm fully back in the saddle. As I did the first time around, I am saving both cans and related breweriana. However, I'm not going too bonkers for the minor variations on cans this time. If I can see the variation in display position, I'll save it, but I'm steering clear of minor sideseam variations for the time being.
I have gotten a great re-start and have even managed to acquire some cans and other pieces that I never owned the first time out. I am not, however, pursuing this with any particular landmarks or goals in mind...meaning that there are plenty of fairly common cans that I probably still need. So if it's from Michigan and you feel like passing it by me, I hereby solicit your solicitations. Flats, cones, zips, tabs, signs, labels, crates and cases, glasses, mugs, matchbooks, hospitality room ephemera...even micros and craft cans from MI have caught my fancy. I don't really care what it is, as long as it came from a brewery in the Great Lakes State.
My PM in box is always at the ready. Many thanks!

Wheaton, hope to see you at Summerswap again this year. It is now a two day show for double the fun and double the pleasure. Also need to reinstate the Frankenmuth ironguts contingent while you are there.
