Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
This composite list is for beer cans with the same labels in both IRTP and Non-IRTP versions. To get the ball rolling, here's the lone entrant from Colorado.

Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
I'd like to add some Michigan cans to this list if I may. I don't have a reference to work with so I'll have to go with descriptions. First up is the E&B Premium conetop, commonly seen as IRTP and rarely seen without the statement. Heidelburg conetops from Flint are commonly seen non-IRTP, IRTP version is rare. Schmidt's "sunburst" cone from Detroit (red, white, and metallic gold w/ black brand name lettering) is extremely rare as non-IRTP but was marketed as such. Finally, the metallic gold HP Altes cone. Extremely rare as non-IRTP, if I'm not mistaken Longopener owned an original example.

Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
Here's the Texas ones that I know of.
I just noticed that the non-IRTP Pearls have the Keg-Kans Logo while the IRTP does not. Now I'll have to start turning over Pearls to look for this difference...
Grand Prize seemed to go from the Gold can for IRTP to the silver can for non-IRTP and Southern Select has no IRTP flat tops and I haven't seen a non-IRTP crowntainer from them either.Steve Fernandes - MOST WANTED TEXAS CANS - Southern Select J-Spout upgrade, , Grand Prize O/I with solid red circle (does it really exist???), Grand Prize "Premio Gordo"

Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
Bantam- I kinda checked my Rupert's but don't think I had any.. Do have some other NY cans from upstate... 1st up are the red ad white UC flats. The IRTP is on the lower right of seam. We have only found the IRTPs a couple of times, 1st time was in a huge 1949-52 dump with Monger, AG and chris Eib a few yrs back. We also got into a boat load of IRTP And non IRTP BEV flats which are pictured as well. Think we were ho humming this dump full of UCs then someone noticed IRTP!! And we changed out mood
And we also have the Genny bullseye label. We find loads of the non IRTP and only a few times the IRTP. Funny thing is how the gold is way better on the IRTP i have found kb

Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
Here's what I've got, other than maybe some OIs that I didn't search through (I figure those are well known).
Green Senate Bocks, 132-12. The far left is "others pending", next is 3 pats, and finally non-IRTP. Next are the white Senate 250's, 132-21 & 132-22. Up next are the Gunther cans, 78-23 & 78-24. Then we've got the Gunther's Bock cans, 78-29 & 78-30 (my IRTP is rough, but you can still tell what it is). Rheingold Bock cans. My IRTP is from NY and the non-IRTP is from NJ, but the non-IRTP also comes from NY (I just don't have one). Wonder if the IRTP also comes from NJ??? Cans are similar to 123-16 & 124-17, but older style lettering. Finally we've got the Red Fox cans from Norfolk, 119-23 & 119-24. Sorry about the blurry photos!

Steve, I don't think there are any IRTP Rheingold cans from Liebmann/Rheingold in Orange. During the transition from IRTP to non-IRTP cans, the brewery that became Rheingold in Orange was still Trommer's. I have both IRTP and non-IRTP Rheingold Beers with the block "Lager Beer" from New York and only the non-IRTP from Orange. None of these are difficult, although the IRTP is a bit of a sleeper. I never new about the Bock IRTP. I'll have to look for that one.

Re: IRTP/Non-IRTP Discussion Thread
Thanks for the pics Steve! I'll archive these for the next update. The list is really taking shape now. And again... keep 'em coming.
