A big "Thank You" goes out to RBer Brian Langenbach (aka gallons-walters) for his work on this list. His knowledge of gallon cans is second to none. This list does not include any test or prototype cans, although he may add them in the future. Be sure to periodically check for any updates.

Great list. A question: I know the list doesn't include test cans or prototype, but a recent thread on gallons in general discussion showed two different variants of the Wild Mustang can. The usually seen one is the one with wild in script, the other showing wild in more block letters. There is some discussion about legitimacy, but there is only one variant on the master list. Is this an example of prototype excluded on the list?
