Dug these down by the river bank in a town I grew up in as a Kid. These date to around 1900-1910 area. Over 100 years old

NICE NICE NICE BOTTLES!!!! :shock: Looks like I see a shoe polish and some blank medicine bottles as well as some bromo seltzer (sp?) bottles too! I got a 1800s bottle dump 3 miles down the road from me (actually 2 of em') If you want to dig sometime. :shock: :smt023

I have an ultra sconic cleaning machine that works well,also denture tablets are a goog choice!

Just got mud on them, they will clean up. If cleaning the mud off does not clean them enough I got a bottle Tumbler & will tumble them, that will get them really clean. LEON.

Yes it is. I start off with 1,200 grit & finish with 3 Microns.

Everybody tells me this is my best find. A Back Bar Whiskey bottle with homemade white painted lettering from 100+ years ago. Probably from the local saloon. I've been told these are rare & can go for many Hundreds$$$ :shock: :shock: :shock:

You can dig anywhere out where I live and find 100+ year old Mason jars because the farmers saved everything for so long, escpecially fruit jars. Few weeks ago I dumped an 1858 mason just like that in a 70's spot of all places.
