Picked these up over the weekend at an estate sale. Not what I went there for but oh well....
1933 Coors, 1st bottle used after prohibition (Denver)
1930's? Duffy's Lime Rickey (Denver)
Whistle Bottling Company (Denver)
Orange Crush, 1920 patent date (Denver)
Cragmont Quinine, looks like 1963.

I think you're right on the Whistle being from the 1920's. Duffy's is still making cola's so I emailed them to see if they could narrow the date on the Lime Rickey but no response yet. I'm thinking that's a prohibition bottle.

The earliest I can find for that Duffys is 1936, they also had ginger ale at that time.... pre pro would be in a 6.5 or 7 oz bottle....that is a 12 oz ...more that likely 1940's.

According to their website (http://www.duffysrootbeer.com/about-us.html), Duffy's started in 1929 and was "one of the first to offer the 12 oz bottle."
I guess the key to dating this one would be decoding the numbers on the bottom of the bottle or figuring out when they stopped using paper labels.

Ahh well there you go....it appears to be 1932 date code....I know it's not 1942 because by then they had the Duraglas name embossed on the base as well as a stippled bottom.
