99.9% chance yes. Mine is the exact same thing with exact same cap and it turned out to be a brucks. This can is before they started making their own conetop cans

How'd you score it if it's on ebay now. To answer your Question. NO, With a flat bottom I doub't anything under it.

PS. It's ran a few times for a few weeks on ebay with no bids. Wonder if the flat bottom has anything to do with it getting no bids ?
