I have a Enamel Royal Premium from Chicago( USBC125-23) that shows a bit of red paint underneath. Any ideas what it might be? :smt017

Got this Royal at an antique store. Looked through the USBC but don't see a flat that has this red paint. Red around bottom, then enamel silver or white band, then metallic silver band, then thin red line. Might this be a Faygo cherry underneath? Any ideas?
