When Does Jax Beer Logo Date To?

Hello,

I've come across an interesting Jax Beer ashtray that I have not been able to find on any other source.

It measures 3.5" across and features an iridescent peach lustre with "Jax Beer, Since 1890" in red. I'm told it dates to the late 1950s due to the logo and lustre finish on the glass.

Can anyone help with IDing when this ashtray or logo date to?

The Jax logo on your ashtray is the last logo the brewery used until it closed. Although the Pearl Brewing Company used the logo after Jax's demise, they did not produce this ash tray.

The logo, and your ashtray, dates from 1970 - 1974. It is worth $5 - $10.
