missing the U.P.

#1

Post by tomcd62 »

It would be around this time of year that myself and other RB guys would be heading north , south in my case , to go dumping in the Michigan Upper peninsula and Northern Wisconsin. Although I am relatively new to taking this trip I am certainly missing it, So I just wanted to say hello to the guys.
Hello! and good hunting where ever you are

Thanks for the past dumping fun

You wouldn't be missing it this week.......down to 22 degrees at night. Still snow in the woods.

Hi Tom,
Funny, I was just thinking the same thing. Time flies, as it's been three years since I've been up there. Only got to dig with you the last but had a good time!
Sadly, the closest I've been to digging the last few years is through seeing others posting here.
I talk to Me Aho at least a couple of times a week, and he told me about it snowing a few days ago. With the late cold temperatures, bet there's still a lot of permafrost.
Cheers
Greg
