Crusty Rusty Colt .45 for you.
I know you said you you’ve wanted one of these from Detroit.
This one is yours if you want it. I dug three and I’m happy to give it to you.

Three military bases in a 100 mile stretch would account for the variety of cans from 1942-1960’s when the sections where abandoned.idigrust wrote:How the heck did they get there? Wow !
That’s my take on it.
All these military guys traveling from the states up here bringing cases of their own favorite brand of Beer

Re: Crusty Rusty Colt .45 for you.
As a service member, I have ordered regional beers in post exchanges where it would not normally be sold. ie..Grain belt ordered in Missouri. As long as the person agreed to buy a certain amount. Most bases also sold whatever alcohol they could get cheap. Who knows what else will show up in Alaska.

Collector of dumped it myself beer cans, soda cans, oil cans, automotive cans, household cans, and anything else worth taking out of the woods.
