Re: Whoopee Ti Yi Yo
Thanks guys, yeah that Rainer is pretty sweet, nicest cone in my collection.
Finally got all the cans ready for the shelf. 43 cans for the shelf, eight up grades and one soda. I also brought these cans home the Van Merritt I got from Dave Rusk and the other four from Ed, I wasn't there when he and Bill dug these but I was there and in the same dirt a month later. breaking the rules a bit, but I like them.

Dang Rusty! In one of your group photos, I could not tell what you are holding. Everyone else has a Golden Glow- are you clutching that beautiful Gold Age? Goog stuff. Ziphippie

Re: Whoopee Ti Yi Yo
Hey Bjorn,
The Gold Age was a surface can and a fire had gone through this area so its barely recognizable. Ed and Bill had searched this area a month prior and had found some of these in slightly better condition. We went back to this place hoping to find a pit of these. No such luck but I grabbed a beat up mystery low pro cone hoping it was a Gold Age, just to have one.
In the picture I'm holding a Rainier Special Export cone that Scott dug.
