Rusty Days in Ahoville

#1

Post by Rusty Jonesin »

It was another great adventure UP at Jonny Aho's last month, I had a great time digging and hanging out with everyone.
I finally got around to cleaning my cans. At first I was thinking It was pretty slim picking's this trip as we never really hit any age.
But actually it was quite fruitful, I 'll end up with about thirty beer cans for the shelf, twelve new, the rest upgrades. Also some really nice soda cans amongst some other rusty stuff.
Here's a few my pictures from Ahoville.

The Bud zip without the Tab Top moniker at the bottom is a fairly tough can.

Very cool pics, Rusty! Takes me right back there. I think you spotted the deep Bud zip dump from the backseat, not much on the map in that area and a small newer place across the street- Ziphippie

Yeah, The Ziphippie brought that up when we were digging them, I've got a few extras if you need one.
I was hoping for a juice tab one, like we've been talking about for a couple years now.

Yeah, this was the first one found and we got pretty excited, We would have left much sooner if not for this can. We scoured this area for quite a while. I got this one, Tom got two, and Bob had one, his must not have cleaned up, I didn't see it in his story.

Thanks Zoinks, He was having fun, there was a time when he would have got quickly bored digging tabs.
