oldies but not so goodies
Wishing condition was better on these , as usual. Finally made it back to this 30s dump. The one that took forever to thaw. Took around 200 cans from here. Mostly Blatz low pros and City clubs. lots of heavy digging for Lots of toast. Some of the pile had been burned at some point. But some shelfers for me. Found only one 16oz. , the Regal Pale Beer. What's that doing there and just one ! found 12 Fitger's , 2 marked "strong". I keep finding the Hamm's OI ,as I should around here, but condition is always a problem. All this Makes me think some more digging can be done there , soon I hope.

Re: oldies but not so goodies
I found a spot with 15 Hamm's OIs and they didn't clean well. Some the paint wiped off after soaking in oxalic.
I'm constantly finding good cans... in my mailbox. *** My third year of waging Schlitzkrieg on the Flint Hills of Kansas ***

That's a good haul in anybody's book ! Digging 30's cans is like catching a lunker, doesn't happen all the time but when it does it sure is fun

A day like that would be outstanding in New Mexico! Enjoy your finds.....they always seem to lose a grade or two by the time you get home...
