..as i scroll down Zincy's photos and see each impressive quart followed by a more impressive...

"Man!"
"Wow!"
"Holy...sh-"
"No way!"
"Holy fu-"

I need to wash my mouth out with soap after that experience.

Amazing, Zincy. Tell me where you "dumped" these? ;-)

Here's a few of my Favorites.....

Image
My brother scored the English Lad for me at a Portland,Or show a few years ago. The Prima came from a Chicago collector who was thinning his cans out. I think the Primas are real sleepers and if anyone has a good ALE for sale or trade, please let me know!

Image
Got the Embassy Beer Qt from Pat Franco. He got it out of a Home Brew shop. Call it what you will, but I love it! It was full and I bottomed opened it. The Manhattan came out of a wall in Washington.

Here's a history lesson! Love the Bulldog!

Christmas came early this year. Got this one from my Secret Santa! Beautiful!

Love the Manhattan Growler, I don't think I've seen a quart in that good of shape. Found in a wall in Washington? So who was the drunk construction guy sneaking that monster on the job? I've never heard of finding quart cans in a wall, how lucky were you the people who built that house were total lushes? ;-)

Ok....backsliding a little bit from Dan's "rust" suggestion. Also, I noticed an exclusive bias toward cone quarts. Well....here is a little breather from the shine and the cones.

OH....and thanks to my secret santa Chris for his contributions to this picture and to my shelf. Didn't give me one thing from my list, but then I never would have hoped for what did come! Thanks!

Lookin' good, Rand. When you add the Croft and the Liebmann's, post another picture so I'll have an excuse for wetting my pants.

Me too! To uncover a Croft and Liebmann's 32oz OI would surely make the cover of Rustlings!

Rand, you WILL get yer Croft on at some point here...also, a Liebmann's just showed up at the Pickwick Fallfest a few weeks ago. Luckily a quart-oriented RB'er was there first- Mr. C.Bacon. it's killing me to see all these quarts- all my stuff is buried under a basement full of stuff as I move it all around to paint and rehab down here...I'll dig this thread up and add to it like DScog says as soon as I can put my hands on all my quarts.

Hey Vinny, we were talking quart negatives in the other thread only because there are so few that they're easy to count. Thanks for the pics! If you're ever in DC (after my shelves are up) come by and we can talk quarts.

Dale & I found 3 BD Quarts about 4 years ago - they were in so-so shape. I found a smashed flat one last summer - a real heartbreaker because because I dug a large pit right after that and after going 3 feet down beofre hitting metal, it was nothing but crappy 50s cans.

Rick, that's right, those four quarts (Old Missouri, etc..) have no 12 ounce equivalent. I wonder what other quarts might meet that criterion? By the way, I still heve the four bottles set aside for you. Still want 'em?

Hey RB #101, sometimes I like the way you think! An Old Missouri OI would be awesome, and is a true possibility considering the Prima-Manhattan connections. Yep, that's so cool I'll be fantasizing about it for the rest of the day!

Hey Dan, is that the 32 fluid ounce or one full quart variation?
