Yes, it's a play on 7-Up. Fairly common can. I picked up a super clean one for about $10 last year.

O'Keefe's here in Canada also had a brand playing up on the 7up sensation...
I don't recall seeing a bottle but I have seen a steel sign. This is a cardboard piece that's been cut down due to damage, I assume.
