In the years since I have returned to this hobby, I have heard plenty of people share their thoughts about the BCCA. Some of those thoughts involved areas in which improvements need to be made and other thoughts focused on gratitude for things already done. No matter what is on your mind, be sure to fill out the survey.
Some people might be reading this right now and thinking, "That would be a waste of my time. They will not listen." This reaction might be based on something irritating that happened in the past. Please do not let past issues keep you from sharing your ideas for how to improve this hobby. Rather than assume nobody will listen to you, please give the BCCA leadership a chance by sharing your thoughts. Please also keep in mind the BCCA leadership is composed of volunteers who have a variety of obligations in their lives. If you email Keith, he may have good intentions of getting back to you immediately but could be delayed by non-BCCA obligations. Give him a reasonable amount of time to respond. If he does not, I am sure he would not mind a friendly reminder.

I agree with the above comments.
When can anyone recall that the BCCA ever asked any of their membership about anything. Sure, you got to vote for cans and people and pay your dues.
If they're asking questions or for member's opinions that has to be at least a sign that they care about something more. If all 3K+ do the survey, it could help shape the future of the organization for the better.
If, like me you opted out of the Emails blasts, I'm looking for a link on the BCCA website to allow non-email persons to participate in the survey after logging in.

Completed it as well.
One suggestion I had closely mirrors MI-can's suggestion about email blasts: if the RB assents, putting a permanent (sticky?) topic JUST FOR the BCCA email blasts here on the RB forum. Make it locked so only BCCA email blasts can be added, but no other comments etc. It would be a FYI/information section only, but preserved--and all in one place.

We value you input and comments. We want to know we are doing our best to get the good word of the BCCA out to fellow members.
