Some decent antique store pick ups

#1

Post by Jay »

I haven’t had great luck dumping lately so my brother and I hit a few local antique stores. The bud cans were pretty cheap and were found indoors. A quick oxalic soak should really clean these up. The Falstaff is nice and looks better in person, non irtp and for a little over 20 dollars. The sicks / rainier matches are advertising for Alaska and were mixed in with some 60s and 70s matchbooks. Nothing killer, but it beats mash and gilleys cans.

I always figure if I go looking and get something worth taking home it was a success. Went to a FL postcard show last week- astonished at what prices are doing (same as rare Zips and Bocks) for the good stuff.... So, I cleaned up on breweriana paper looking in the boxes that got set to the side...Andy
Interested in breweriana with Native American images or language of all kinds.
