I think this little tidbit is just simply overlooked but might want to go and check your Rheingold Thistle Brand Ale. The ones listed in USBC Supplement 123 22-24 all have the Keglined "Patents Pending" AND the NY LIC D-2. There is a version of the same can other there with "Others Pending" and NO NY LIC D-2. Boxes with the data are different as well.....
