Low Pro cone top ale
Any thoughts on this unidentified Low Pro? There clearly is an ale near the seam. Found in Maine. @menke @Conehead

Re: Low Pro cone top ale
So two more Germantowns were in that pile huh? At least I assume these are from the same pile that AG, Glenn, and I dug last year?
That’s awesome!!
Those look to be the best two by far, assuming the backsides aren’t dented and held their color!!

Re: Low Pro cone top ale
Breidts Ale. Not documented in a LP cone but Breidts Beer was produced in a HP cone with a small Cap-Sealed Panel thus prior to WW II.The text matches Canadian Ace Ale but also not known in a LP cone; also that "Ale" style (silver fill within "Ace") is on a Canadian Ace 50's can not a 40's can. Text does not match a Horton. Since no one I know has a Breidts Ale HP it is not possible to examine the seam for the Ale text. Nevertheless I would vote for a Breidt s Ale cone.

@keithker
Looks like you guys are having a good time!
Pretty sure that is a Horton Ale LP.
@ThreeRing
While I think it would be awesome if it were a Breidt's Ale, I don't think so. Here's pics of the Breidt's. It is prewar.

Re: Low Pro cone top ale
Between my collection, traders, and the dumps I usually find, I've got a lot of practice identifying cans from tiny patches of legibility.Absolutely, positively a Horton. Great call Eric!
