Re: Essies
trying to buy, seller made an offer but I have no idea if its a good offer. Trying to get one of the beer pros here to give me an idea of value. I noted one in the Good Guys Auction recently that sold upwards $600, but must have been a special can? Any thoughts? Needless to say this deal may have fallen through. I asked for 5 pics of each and they said they would send, but I have never received. I reached out again and no response. Day late dollar short?

Re: Essies
The one that sold in the auction was a zip tab. Big difference. A few years back really clean ones would bring $250 - $350. They seem to be more in the $150 to $200 range these days. If exceptionally nice maybe even $250, but I have seen more in the lower price range. Once they start getting a few issue much less. Just my observations.willssoda wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 9:00 am trying to buy, seller made an offer but I have no idea if its a good offer. Re: Essies
In my humble opinion, the key one there is the silver can with the red stars. That one is very tough and probably the all red one would be my second pick. They are all nice, but none of them I would call mint or Grade 1. For the group. I would say $300-350 would be a fair offer for the group.

Re: Essies
I agree. You're not going to get rich, but you will make money. Definitely some value there from what I can see.

Re: Essies
Will...
At $65.00 per can this is a no brainer. Worst case is that you sell the 5 cans for $400.00 and that = free can. But you should do better than that.
Good luck.
