I got this several years ago from Candog.
It's a Monarch cone with a Quart paper label overlay.
It has "11.8" written in magic marker on the cone itself. My guess has always been they sent it down the line with the label on it to check that the fill volume was on point, and the label made it easy to see to pull off the line. Maybe they had made an adjustment to the fill, and this was the first can after the change. Maybe I'm totally off base, and it was applied at a bar. Either way, the Bock label and the 11.8 on the cone were too neat to pass up.
