Just a reminder that long term collaboration between The Richbrau and Rusty Bunch Chapters known as the Monticello Extravaganza is coming up next month in Charlottesville, Virginia, the weekend of of July 12-13. This year we have a bigger and better venue and the show will feature all of our traditional bells and whistles including Friday night beer tasting, Ladies wine tasting, raffles and of course, beer can bowling! Beverlx and I are in... how many collection blowouts will there be this year? Only those who go will know! I'm gonna stop at the Krispy Kreme on the way into town, just for old timesake. I loved watching the doughnut machine do it's thing early Saturday morning as I shook off a li'l hangover at the old location.
Better to drive 950 miles and kick asz than go a thousand miles and get nothing.

The new venue will be great ! Several breweries nearby. Among them South Street and Champion. Also, Wild Wolf recently opened a brew pub near the downtown mall last month.
