National Can Commemorative

I picked this up at the Wyandotte show. Only one I’ve seen in person. I have two questions. First, what do you think is the correct date for this can?

I think that it should be 1965 as that’s what is on the main face of the can.

On the right side it specifies 66 years (from 1899 to 1965)

On the left side it call out a diamond decade (from 1965 to 1974) when it will reach 75 years.

And the second question is what is the correct lid for this can? If you've got a lidded version please post pic of it.

Thanks.
