I Was planning going down there, but unfortunately, I had to cancel it due a loss of a family member.
Quick, When is the next Texas breweriana show coming up. Otherwise, I will have to wait to plan it for next year.

I'm in San Antonio right now and looking forward to the show tomorrow. So far, rain has not impacted my plans this week. Hopefully my good luck will continue.

It rained hard last night, but cleared out by dawn. Unfortunately, the weather forecast scared off a number of regulars so participation was estimated as down 33%. However, for those of us who did show up we had a great time.

Yes, the rain was something else last night. I discovered a new feature on my cell phone's GPS last night. It tells you when you are driving through an area where a tornado has been spotted. Yikes! Oh well, I made it to the hotel alive.

The weather could not have been better today. Mostly blue skies and not too hot. Those that stayed home really missed out. I thoroughly combed through everything at the show but Michigan stuff was definitely in short supply so I was not able to add anything to my own collection. I did find something for Ray's @Baxter upcoming BCCA anniversary display though so I will mail that out when I get home.

It was great to see Rusty Bunchers @Longhorn Mike, @oldmoneytexan, @texascans, and @Big Tex.

@golf_lover44 did I meet you today? It seems like I talked to nearly everyone there but if we talked, I do not recall you mentioning you are from this site. Sorry if I missed you somehow.

They did not have a long distance award but I assume I would have got it if they did. I talked to somebody from Little Rock but nobody else mentioned being from a long distance away.

Sound like a really good show !!!!! Since I had to cancel the trip , but I'm planning on it for next year!!
