I don't have any references sitting at arm's length right now, but it looks like the same drawings (or at least the same style drawings) as some of the Pabst advertising of the late 60's/early 70's or so. I have a Pabst tray that I immediately thought of when I saw this.

looks like pretty standard "clip art" when you google it. Comes up in tattoo parlors, needlepoint, clipart archives, etc. No beer references I can find. Here's the Pabst barbershop quartet stuff I found.....image of a tray and audio:
