Lone Star -Tough or Common ??

For some reason, I pick this Lone Star can at the breweriana show last week. Since it brewed in Okla . Did some little reach. Lone Star brewery run the Oklahoma city for 11 years before it close. Is this tough or Common. . According Vol II book, valve at 10.00 What other beer brand did Lone Star brewed in Oklahoma ?? Was there a thread discuss about this Lone Star can ?? I can't seem to find it.

It is a $10 can, so depends on if you think $10 cans are easy or a little harder to find. Fairly easily found at bigger shows. I would think that it shouldn't be valued any more than the $10.

The OKC Lone Star soft top / tab is a tad harder to find than the San Antonio version, but is still not difficult. $10 is about right for the tab in grade 1. There are thousands available with a clean body but with a rusty bottom for $1 - $5.

However, super clean, bottom opened cans are much tougher to find. Look to pay at least $25 or more.

Now the 16oz is a different story. Very difficult can. I've never had one. Look to pay $500+ for off-grade. On grade, well over $1K.

canman65- The can do not have soft top lid , but it did say Aluminum Pat Pend on the lid.
Longhorn Mike- Thank for the information. I figure the Lone Star Half Quart is very hard to find,

beerhunter14- you are correct. I seen one at the show but the prices of this guys cans were a moonshot from reality..
