C&C Cone Tops Slanted "S" Variations

#1

Post by Matt Menghini »

So recently I figured out that on the "fence" series of C&C Cone Tops, there are some variations where the "S" in "Super" is slanted rather than normal. See the two photos attached. I'm wondering if anybody knows if there are other variations where this occurs besides the Cola and Root Beer?

Just for completeness sake, the entire font is different. The "S" is slanted, but the end of the "R" is kicked up, the "C" is flattened, the center of the "O" is smaller, the "P" is more pointed, base of the "L" is kicked up, etc etc etc

Sorry about that.... comes from a misspent life paying too much attention to fonts and kerning and serifs etc etc etc :-)

FYI-The Ginger Ale variation doesn't have the slanted "S", but rather just the open vs. closed ampersand ("&" sign).
