Associated Brewing, 4-city cans, various labels

Several labels were brewed under the Associated Brewing mandatory, and can be found in the 3-city and 4-city (listing Chicago first) variations. Question, did any of the 4-city mandatories listing Chicago first get canned at a flat top, or were they all the early ring pull tabs? I think all I have seen are typically from National Can, with the fan style ring pull. Are there earlier variants of the 4-city cans?
