I don't think that Regal cone top can match with the sign or vise versa. The sign should match with the cone top can from American, New Orleans.
The Regal can from People brewing in Duluth, MN. and I don't think People Brewing made that kind of sign.

The neon is from American Brewing in New Orleans. If that was the sign that sold on eBay not too long ago, it was by no means "cheap" , but still was a heck of a deal for that great sign!
