First Swedish Can
I’m trying to find out what the first Swedish beer can was. I’m also interested in acquiring one in good condition. Any info on which one was first and the whereabouts of one is greatly appreciated.

Re: First Swedish Can
As I understand it - the first Swedish can was a Three Towns Beer w/ "Your beer" flat top. There are two versions, one is a PLM canning company version with the side panels text parallel to the seam and one is a CCC 59 canning company variation with the side panel text horizontal.
You can see the CCC59 version on the OC/OC Chapter website: http://www.ococsite.info/Sweden.html (somebody can help making that link work?)
These cans are very rare. Recently Rawley came across one of the PLM versions in excellent condition - I understand it sold VERY quickly - and that is the first one in many years I have seen offered.

Expired once again in Portland ...
Still musing about cans

Re: First Swedish Can
Very tough cans but obtainable with patience. I have seen 4 or 5 available in the past 5 years.
