I'm reading this book right now. I really like it and I think some people here might like it too. The general idea is Jim Koch is explaining business lessons he has learned during his time founding and running the Boston Beer Company. It does not read like a textbook so if you are not into business books, fear not, this book will not put you to sleep. It's interesting to learn how this company started.
