Love that Edmund fitz song and talk , Love seeing lakers coming into Buffalo like it was when Buffalo was the Queen City on the Great Lakes .. so lately been taking pics of them when they come in , I know they ain't no ocean monster of the bigs of Duluth and such but here some pics

How about big ships?? Why was the Admiral against getting a new hat ??he was afraid of cap sizing,,,,, a large ship carrying blue paint crashed into a ship loaded with red paint,,,,??? the crew was marooned ,, If you cross the Atlantic Ocean with the Titanic what do you get ?? "about halfway" ,,,and now back to the pictures of big ships?

I think the Niagara chapter has a Show in Welland (not far from Buffalo). It sounds like a good event to couple with watching the ships go thru the Welland canal (runs between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario).
I live on Lake Erie, but most of the ships hug the Canadian coast, so do not get to see much.
Also, the border patrol has been keeping an eye on the fishermen on the lake as they are worried about the Canadians trying to illegally sneak into the country. Actually, they have been finding some packages of drugs floating in the Lake that have been dropped off of a Canadian boat and picked up by a US boat.
My wife and I joke about the Canadians swimming across the lake in the middle of winter as the border patrol drives by several times a day, including all winter.
