Wisconsin Attempt to kill new micro breweries

Recently read this about The Tavern League of Wisconsin trying to change Chapter 125 of Wisconsin's Alcohol and Beverage laws.
This type of legislation killed the micros in the 90s. Make of it what you will but IMHO its going to be pushed through and make it harder for Micros to have pubs and self distribute. Go figure that Miller/Coors was originally on board with this but is now backtracking a bit.
