Blue and Grey Show

I understand this year's show is moving to a new venue, and that there will be no trade floor. Can anyone confirm this? I always enjoyed the trade floor myself but know others preferred the room-to-room action.

Also, given the venue is much nicer than the old Fredericksburg hotel that has been demolished, do you expect that there will be more Rusty Bunchers attending this time around? Last year was pretty nice. I want to know if there will be good RB turn out before deciding to attend. I realize the Spring Thaw Show is a big RB event now.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Breweriana.com will be conducting an auction during the Blue & Gray show. It will be held on Saturday, February 18th in the ballroom at 1:00 and will feature some amazing pieces of breweriana from Keith Belcher’s collection. Some of these items are large and breakable so it would be a good idea for people to attend and pick-up in person. The hotel is really great (large rooms, new, clean, excellent layout, close to the airport) so I would encourage everyone to attend the show! There will be no trade floor from now on but there will be a super auction on Saturday this year taking the trade floors place. Still 4 full days of room to room trading not too shabby.

Brian "Quartman" Debraccio and I will be there Wednesday afternoon. Too early in the new venue to show up Tuesday like we used to. I'll have 100's of cans off the shelf as I am downsizing flats to IRTP only. Lots of tough labels and there will be more at Spring Thaw. Brian is bringing lots of STUFF!
