Garage Bros. out of Raleigh, NC will clean your garage of all its crap, and I guess keep what they find of any value?
My wife recorded the series because the previews showed some cans for a second. Caught the episode and it was
the usual 1970 / 80s common gathering of some 14-yr old's effort that got saved.
The owner of the Garage clean up company takes the cans over to the 27 yr old manager of the Tasty Beverage store
to get an appraisal.
Garage Guy: "What are these cans worth? Is there anything here worth some big $$$?"
Manager: "Ya, there is this one...(pulls out an aluminum 16oz Colt 45 Stout ML) ...Colt 45 doesn't make a stout, they don't make any
dark / heavy beers, but they did at one time, and this one is in good condition.
Garage Guy: "What's it worth?"
Manager: "I'd say $50."
Then he goes on to price out a Schlitz Tall Boy at $35, before offering a more accurate "the rest of these are worth maybe a $1 apiece.
Bizarre.

Here's the web site for the people who do the cleaning and links to stuff they are selling. I am sure they find some good stuff but it seems like it would be very difficult for them to cover their overhead and make a decent living.

Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.

Re: Garage Brothers TV show
I guess the current Colt 45 High Gravity at 8.5% isn't strong enough.

Looking for a specific copper Drewrys Taurus can with smoke damage and top lid 1/2 cut out. Will pay or trade an upgrade for the can. (Sentimental attachment from my grade school days)

Why drive 12 hour one way to dig Pre-Tax Tru Blu ales, Genny 12 Horse Longopeners, Gamecock Ales, Apollos, Neuweilers Bock, and Krueger’s Baldies when you can locally drive 10 hours round trip and dig Pfeiffer, Goebel, Drewrys and Strohs?
