Waiter?? can you tell if my Burgers are medium rare?

This collector wrote to breweries starting in the mid 50s to ask for cans. I was sorting through tabtops and wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the masking tape on one side. Both are aluminum and unlidded. One metallic and the other enamel.
One has QUALITY CONTROLLED up one side too.

I figured these were well done plain old Burgers.

But could they be...MEDIUM RARE!?!

Hate to burst your bubble, but both are over-cooked! Nothing special there, though the enamel is the lesser of the two, there is countless thousands of these out there, that were never filled.

Now if it was an all aluminum ale.......... :smt006
