As many know I'm a huge fan of the canning companies and their contributions to the beer can industry. Thanks to Tim Piche for the image.
I'd love to eventually find a Club Special Beer cone top as seen in the image. Also, unsure of what the other can might be.

Re: Continental Can Company ad
Great can company ad Keith. Do you or other collectors have more ads that could possibly be bundled with the BMV?
I am thinking of going through the Brewers Journals and grouping into “fake months” and adding a publication named “Advertisements” so nicely grouped together.
Any digital format would be fine, I can easily convert to BMV pages.

I have a ton of ads because the plan was eventually do a display at CANvention for canning companies and their impacts on beer cans.Randy Karasek wrote: ↑Sun Apr 14, 2024 6:47 pm Great can company ad Keith. Do you or other collectors have more ads that could possibly be bundled with the BMV?

It might take me a bit to bundle them all together but is something I could work on.
There are a bunch of other canning company publications I don't have that would really add to the mix. Hopefully others can help.

Re: Continental Can Company ad
Thank you Keith. Now thinking I will create BMV publications named “Advertisements” and “Canning Companies”, and then artificial months such as “American”, “Continental”, “National” etc under which to group. Would fit BMV structure nicely, TOC would be info such as real publication, date and possibly page number.
Users could view or search group of interest. Right now I am finishing up major CanDB 5.0 code changes but will likely start this next 1-2 weeks.
Any other collectors want to contribute I can accept any format or transfer type. Even email I can receive 10’s MB no problem
