I just received this can from Jim Hall. I had one back in the 80's but sold my collection. It is nice to have one back on the shelf.

Just for clarity, this can came from White Horse Jim Hall and not "Conehead" Jim Hall. Yes, there are two of us. We get confused all the time.

Did that can come from the find made into a chair/table?

Yes, this was from the chair/table find

The White Horse table/chair can find is chronicled in the Feb/Mar 2015 Beer Cans and Brewery Collectibles magazine. Here are a couple of photos.

Tabs keep showing up in my Mailbox. It is Wednesday, right?

Love the heavy chrome/gold plated bottom lids on these early tabs. Somehow ties them closer to flats. In my mind anyway.

I bought this bottle on ebay from Beer Cans Plus. Judging by the $10 price tag on the bottom of it, I'm guessing they liked my high bid. I don't normally pay much attention to bottles but it's hard to turn down a pre-prohibition bottle with a label from Grand Rapids.

I've been trying to complete a set of Blitz Weinhard signs for a few years now. There are six total and several are pretty easy to come by. A few others though are very difficult to track down. With a big assist from Pokey, I got the final one which has Crater Lake in the background.

Here's all six together. Along with Crater Lake the two portrait oriented ones were also quite difficult to find. The Oregon Coast came from Carl and the Columbia Gorge turned up at an antique show.

There is a newer 1960's set that I'm still missing one of so if anybody has a Blitz sign with a skier on Mt. Hood please let me know.

Got it for what I thought was a very goog deal and best part is that this can was in my collection about 20 years ago so it has some history.

I was suppose to get this rare Gem Wednesday, But, Due to the extreme cold & Wednesday & Thursday high temps below Zero with wind chill of -30 to -35 degrees the Postman toke 2 days off & got it Today. I know Dave Wheaton would like this one, one of his favorite cans I think he calls the Candy Strip Schmidts. Tough to find this clean or in any condition. LEON.
