New Addition....Atlantic Flattop to go with the IRTP Cone.
Off-grade but I don’t see these come up too often.

Re: New Acquisition Wednesday
Don’t believe everything you see in the USBC....Pacific Northwest cans are the red headed step child in the USBC I and II and the most woefully unpictured region there is in the hobby. I am currently in Missouri and unable to check my Rainiers but I would say the odds are it came in a ring pull or flat version.OhioCanGuy wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2019 5:53 pm Two Zip only cans. In that, according to the USBC I and II, these cans were only offered as zip tops. Not as ring pull tabs, not as flats.
Oertels can showed up on Tuesday. The Rainier can showed up on Thursday. So, if you average them together... both were delivered on WEDNESDAY.

Re: New Acquisition Wednesday
Of course I am sitting this one out and I see a couple of cans I would have bought. That Wolf's low pro for $900 pre buyers premium? It is spotty but plenty of shine on it. I think there was a find of off-grade examples a few years ago but I don't think this was one of them. But I guess maybe they aren't the rare can they used to be.Clarkston1 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2020 2:10 pm Somebody picked up a nice can....with buyer premium around 32K.

Re: New Acquisition Wednesday
I finally have cans that arrived in the mail on Wednesday! (Even though I’m posting on Thursday.)
I got these Chicago Drewrys Shield Sports Series cans off EBay. I’ve never had many but have made it a mission to get all the Chicago series cans.
Still need the Purple of this series by American Can Co. If they came by Continental or National Can, I need those too.

Why drive 12 hour one way to dig Pre-Tax Tru Blu ales, Genny 12 Horse Longopeners, Gamecock Ales, Apollos, Neuweilers Bock, and Krueger’s Baldies when you can locally drive 10 hours round trip and dig Pfeiffer, Goebel, Drewrys and Strohs?

Re: New Acquisition Wednesday
Seller had three of these. This was the best of the three. It is in rough shape but I have never seen one before.
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.
