Tartan Brewing Limited v. Carling Breweries (B.C.) Limited

I found this pretty interesting....there is a photo copy pic of evidence submitted with a carton on Pilcan never seen that before does anyone have that carton?...is that the only photo graphic record of it?
Never the less it was like a David & Goliath type situation
I still need the Can!...but picked up this bottle the other day for a $1.66 here is the link..have a read.
