Cool! Nice thing about a puzzle this is there are no missing pieces.
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.

Buckeyerust,

I thoroughly enjoyed that!

Obviously, being on the Leader Board, you're pretty good at this. What was your best time on this one? Could I anywhere near it?

here is the screen shot of the completed puzzle - the "leaderboard" is on the right. I'm (MEFMOUSE) usually in the top 5 when I do a puzzle, but NOWHERE near as good as the person with the moniker of lordmojo - if you click on his name you will see that he has done over 4,000,000 pieces - (I'm at 288,000). one of these days I will beat him - not likely. I love the Jigidi site. I only do them once.....

Buckeyerust,

So, if I'm understanding the picture, your time on this puzzle was 10:35 and lordmojo, his time was 7:44? Those are INSANE times!!! Do you have your mouse set up on nitrous?

Wow! I thought I gave it a decent effort but doubt I could ever do it in half the time just to get anywhere near your time. You got a skill there and I wish you all the luck trying to overtake lord-what's-his-name. If you find any more beer can puzzles, pass them along to us.

Thanks again, for something...different!

I'm sure my employer would be happy to know that it took me over an hour to complete, but that was with several interruptions. Can't these knuckleheads see I'm doing a beer can puzzle?

Thanks, guys for the niceties, I have enjoyed doing puzzle since I was a kid. I've found while doing the real things that some people "have it" and some don't. My daughter takes after me and my son takes after his mom whom has difficulties with them. Here is the last "real" jigsaw puzzle that I finished - 1000 pieces I had a little help from my 6 year old grand daughter - we did it in 4-1/2 hours - my record. The puzzle was called "So many beers"

Rand,

I tried the new one you offered. I'm sorry to say it took me a little more than twice my original time to complete the second one. Definitely helps to know your cans on that one. You should breeze right through it!

Thanks for the puzzle.

Yes, the second one definitely took me longer too. I was not as familiar with the cans in the second one.

Well Randy, I gotta tell you, before I loaded that picture of my cans up on jigidi, I formed a committee chartered with determining exactly which picture to upload. After election of committee chair, vice chair, sergeant at arms, scribe, chief council and parliamentarian, we got down to the important business of deciding exactly which font we should document the proceedings with. After a grueling battle between the serif and sans-serif contingents, a compromise was reached where we decided to go with Times New Roman in the case of purely internal affairs, and Helvetica in the case of external facing communique. With that settled, we called for immediate action, and a completely new motion was put forth and seconded to quickly and without delay establish....seating arrangements. However, with time running out for the session, sergeant at arms passed a note to the chair alerting the committee that a picture was already uploaded to Jigidi. As you might guess, the committee members were incensed and vowed right then and there to get to the bottom of exactly what happened......and as such, a strongly worded memo was dictated condemning the act and calling for a committee to look into the clear violation of protocol.

In answer to your question, I would hope that the appropriate amount of bureaucracy was employed to make sure nothing rash was done, because as you see, things can get way out of hand if all the proper rules aren't followed.

I was curious so I searched for actual physical beer puzzles (not just online.) I found at least 11 that existed at one time or another. They may or may not be available any longer.
