This is a very interesting way to travel to Portland! I we weren't camping our way out and back, I would have considered it. We are due in tomorrow on Tuesday, are you in Portland already? If not where are you? What are the amenities like on the train? Did they let you bring your own "refreshments"? Did you pass near Glacier National Park? We camped there five nights, absolutely amazing!
