Re: Any British can experts here?
I would estimate about 10-15 dollars in the condition shown. At the time of the cans release there was a dealer in England who obtained a large number of these for collectors in the US.

From the link provided by @Ziphippie I have seen some English zips that have that top. I found three of them. Nothing that I can see to ID the can company. Re: SPRING THAW was a winner!
I had a fantastic time and gots lots of stuff of varying grades. While many of the rarest cleanest and most expensive items seem to go to auction these days there are exceptions and many good cans still show up at shows. Many of the major dealers no longer bring items to sell or attend fewer shows. ...

Re: Covid
I cam down with it this week as well. I suspect almost everyone was exposed and those, like me, who never got it , would most likely get it unless they had some special natural immunity. The shots were unlikely to keep us from getting this but hopefully keep us from getting sick. I imagine most of t...

White Moosehead cone went for 5700 and whtie Lowenbrau went for 1482. Clean common cans far outperform offgrade rare variations with the international cans (I guess not enough knowledge for a Triangle effect) The pictured cans below are mine and not the auction so condition could vary slightly. I have seen a 2.5 gallon printed can for sale (once) that was produced by a Southern Oregon microbrewery about 10 years ago. Came with an outer box and a built in tap. At that time, I didn’t buy it due to the fact that it was quite expensive and I didnt want 2.5 gallons of blonde lager sitting arou...

Re: Will the new tax laws return shows to the primary selling venue for cans?
Regardless of anything when you get receipts in the future keep them and when you spend money at a show keep records of it. (if no receipts perhaps keep records of the bank withdrawal/ATM .) Obviously none of us have records from decades ago. Esnipe/auctionsnipe may have records going back years as ...

Re: Tiger flat top
It was made for a number of years from the 1960s until likely early 1970s. The dates for the cans are only estimates unless dates were written on the can or ads. Some cans were kept in flats until the early 70s- Long Life Tiger Bass etc.

Re: Edelweiss Juice Tab.......New Sales Record?
To spend that much on a 10-20 dollar can because of a lid which is likely a fake, is insanity. Rod That's sad part... anyone can have a $5 flat turned into big bucks by putting a zip or juice tab on it. There are ways to tell, but for the average Joe, it is easy to get snookered.... a lot of that g...

What is the definition of a public venue? Is the trade floor (members only) public or private ? ( I would guess public because it is a workspace) What about the hotel hallways hospitality rooms etc.The lobbies and hallways to the tradefloor would presumably be public venues.
