Re: Charlie’s cola Canadian flat 10ozer question
Interesting!...Your design definitely appears different than the one from the guide pictured at the top photo, and again mine picture below is another version. Mine is a flat top with shinny lids. Another thing of note it looks like the mortar in the brick pattern on your can is dark brown? So each ...

Re: Two for Tuesday!...the fanatic on variations!😁
So I was told by a member on the RB facebook page it's what he called an early save, meaning they started saving sheets too early, before all adjustment and registration was complete, the green is actually a result of the final color black not being done yet.

Two for Tuesday!...the fanatic on variations!😁
I recently acquired this new variation and a slight misprint all to do with paint. It's the can on the left and is identical from a glance other than being a shade darker. Same pull top, early TM REG'D. marked, large font for the 10 FL OZ (284 ml), and the same canning plant code American Can Co. 02...

Cott diet-new flavors
Three more flavors for the diet Cott line up, the Pink Grapefruit, Cream soda, and Cherry are part of the 73 series, as I call it, for that is the year of the ad from the Winnipeg Free Press pictured here. At that time they added two new flavors, Chocolate and Coffee! Which brought the diet line to ...

Re: A couple of basic questions about pop cans
Well as for US grails that's a pretty big list!...but recent sales show a C&C Super 12oz cone top imitation grape went for 1400, A Topps grape flat top went for 960. And the recent fever has been all about the Back to the Future aluminum diet Pepsi cans that have sold for 400-600. Pepsi cone top...

So after eight long years, my quest for the final Quirst in my collection is complete! The grape flavor was the final one, but came with the orange and fruit punch as upgrades. Here's a quick synopsis derived from casetext.com about Squirt Co. suing Seven Up over the use of the name Quirst. Squirt c...

This was a deal almost five years in the making!...and a new flavor discovered! It all started back in Dec of 2017 when I saw an ad for a Pepsi rack with a bunch of cans. Of course, I noticed the odd Shasta low cal and inquired about the cans. In the meantime, he had a second ad for some cans with t...

Re: Coca Cola - Dutch National Can Company Question
I really don't know a lot about National Can co other than they made all the early test cans for Canadian market when the transition from 10oz to 12oz came about and the aluminum was being phased in. Our early cans were marked printed in USA and displayed the National Can logo. These cans came in ar...
