Re: ring cameras
bodean We have the blink system. It's owned by Amazon. They had a deal years ago that was 3 outdoor cameras w/controller for around $200. No subscription. Hook it up to your wifi. Load the app on your phone. Sign up. I'm not a fan of the current app upgrade but I'm slowly figuring it out and gettin...

The Supplement ID's this can as a test can. They have plenty of paper labels, foil labels and I'm sure there are early shrink wraps in there somewhere. Definitely not a production can.

jwcans Agree, as someone with a small can collecting niche, I would certainly appreciate having it in my collection. As with many other "no love" cans in the book, there's a good number of them that attract "a lot of love" if you get my meaning. And yes, even if I didn't have a ...

TAB.png I can envision the pull and the simultaneous action of opening the drinking/pouring hole. What I can't figure out, why the saw cuts are there. Obviously they have to weaken those parts of the tab sections for bending or breaking off? The rivet on the left makes sense, it holds the part that...

Pbama I checked with the Supplement and only one James Bond can has 5 views and this is it... 2082320_Top.jpg You'll see that it is one of the really early pull tabs because it has a full circle and opening instructions. Later versions modified the shape of the circle and they joined the anti-litte...

Re: A 3.2% can database?
MarkB Took me a couple of days but I went through the Lewandowski Composite file (saved it back from 2015) and cut down the 47,105 lines to 27,530 lines. Original file was a terror to work with. After some serious culling, sorting and re-arranging, found 514 cans ID'd with the 3.2 statement in the ...

Rod S. not sure of it but it seems the blue of the cans pictured in the first two posts are different, one shiny and one more flat appearing. Rod S. It's my understanding the Supplement images are purposely done in a way as to not show any metallic surfaces with shine. That's just their procedure. ...

Here's one from a July, 2022, Morean auction. $1,653 after premium. http://www.moreanauctions.com/Schlitz_2_piece_Aluminum_Dogbone_Pull_Tab_Test_Can-LOT16588.aspx Can was misidentified as a Dog Bone Zip. It's actually a Hamm Bone Zip. It does have a Reynolds Zip Tab. Also, 17 years ago, the book pr...

kamsquared bantam10 Appreciate the pics. Thanks! Pics don't look very crowded. Were they taken early or late? Would you rate the crowd packed, lighter than usual, or the usual? A Note On "VINTAGE BEER WAGONS"...
I originally had found enough images for two posts in the "Breweriana Photo Vault" section of the BREWERIANA Section on this site. Well, I kept finding more and more and finally stopped at 100. So what I've done is rearranged all the images into 4 parts, 25 pics each. Some of what was in ...

OhioCanGuy Wow, not only signed but directly to you. Did you meet her in person? Circa? Bob, Actually yes on both. I'm guessing it was late 70's at a VFW hall here in Westland.
