Re: Ghost cans
Andy, would be nice if they did can Blue and Gold, but the answer is no. Only Apache was canned, then after WWII A-1 appeared in cans starting in 1948.

Re: Could Flat or Ziptop Einbock or Harlequin Cans by Arizona Brewing Exist?
Will do Andy. Off grade Apache crown's pop up on eBay on occasion. Very hard to find clean. I assume "Chief" likely came up somewhere down the line as a nickname for Apache back in the day by some individuals. I have never seen evidence of it being a brand issued by the brewery, but could ...

Re: Could Flat or Ziptop Einbock or Harlequin Cans by Arizona Brewing Exist?
Hey Andy, To the best f my knowledge, both Einbock and Harlequin were created by the AZ Brewing Co. I have never seen them in can version however from the Arizona Brewing Co., not even in test cans. Lark was just a bottled brand, don't know much beyond the labels. RE: Chief... I never heard of by AZ...

Re: If you could add one can to the collection???
Just ran across this thread. The three reverse A-1 cans JW refers to did come from the same guy Bill Christensen bought his can from. Ben Kalinowski worked for the National Brewing Co. in Phoenix and did a lot of business with Bill back in the 70s. Ben was a coin collector and breweriana collector. ...

Re: 2012 Ameri-CAN canned craft beer fest question.
There was one of these "fests" here in San Diego about 2 months back just 2 blocks from the house. Every local craft brewer in San Diego was there, a stage for musicians, and all kinds of food. It was sold out on-line, so I just walked around the perimiter. Just seemed to be a really big ...

Re: 2012 Ameri-CAN canned craft beer fest question.
The A-1 Chapter has been representing themselves and the BCCA since 2006 at our local brew fests. Our first display was at the Strong Ale Fest in Phoenix in 2006. We have since been invited yearly to the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild Strong Beer festivals. This was our second year to set up at the Am...
